Vibrant living – to me – comes down to this: living your most meaningful life with ease, finding (and cultivating) delight, and slowing down enough to appreciate the beauty around you, every day.

A Creative Walking Tour is a fresh and mindful way to go for a walk. Instead of counting steps or fiddling with our phones, we get out of our heads and into the fresh air by adding intention, presence and a generous sprinkle of joy.

Creative Walking Tours are a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with nature, your surroundings and yourself. When mindfulness meets physical activity, it can be a holistic transformative process.

Sophrology

Put simply, sophrology is a mind-body technique that uses breathwork, gentle movement and positive visualisation to help decrease stress and increase feelings of wellbeing and a renewed zest for life.
