I’m Marianne de Kleer. After 7 years as a communications manager in a vocal arts centre in the French countryside, I left my job to pursue my calling in sophrology and holistic wellness. My passion in life is helping people explore their internal world, so that their outer world becomes an expression of vibrant living.

Vibrant living – to me – comes down to this: living your most meaningful life with ease, finding (and cultivating) delight, and slowing down enough to appreciate the beauty around you, every day.

There are six modules

Module 1

The Body Scan and Check-in

You will begin to get present by going through a body scan guided meditation. Once you’ve drawn you attention throughout your body, you will dig deeper with the interactive Module 1 PDF, analyzing the foods and movement that make you feel your best. This is a powerful way to get grounded in your body.

Module 2

The Creative Walking Tour

This is a guided walking tour that you can listen to as you go for a walk (camera and notebook in hand). It’s a fun approach to mindfulness. Once you’re finished, you will use the Module 2 interactive PDF to reflect on the exercise.

You’ll see the world through a new lens by the end!

Module 3

The Head-Heart-Gut Reflection

You’ll use this audio reflection to analyze a decision or situation in your life with your head, heart and gut. As you listen, you’ll be prompted to write in the Module 3 interactive PDF. This reflection will give you the tools you need to be at peace with your decisions.

Module 4

The Ideal Day

This is a tool that is often used in life coaching sessions in order to put things in perspective and illuminate what’s important. We’re going to do five variations on this exercise that touch a few key areas of life. The Module 4 interactive PDF will guide you through your 4 ideal days, plus an ideal week, and you will begin to understand what’s most meaningful to you in your daily life. You will brainstorm doable steps on how to bring more of what’s important to you into your life.

Module 5

Create a Mandala

Taken from the Creative Activity Guide in my Flourish program, this is a creative activity in which you instinctively create a circular drawing to help you gain insight into an aspect of your life. The Module 5 interactive PDF will guide you through a reflection of your mandala, once you’ve finished.

Module 6

Guided Forest Meditation

This is a guided meditation that can be done anywhere quiet and is designed to help you tune into your intuition. After the meditation, you’ll be prompted to write in the Module 6 interactive PDF.
