I’m Marianne de Kleer. After 7 years as a communications manager in a vocal arts centre in the French countryside, I left my job to pursue my calling in holistic wellness and sophrology (a mind-body technique popular in France). My passion in life is helping people explore their internal world, so that their outer world becomes an expression of vibrant living.

Vibrant living – to me – comes down to this: living your most meaningful life with ease, finding (and cultivating) delight, and slowing down enough to appreciate the beauty around you, every day.

There are four special elements:

1. Nine Online Group Lessons

Every Monday at 6:30pm CEST Paris time (9:30am Pacific/12:30pm Eastern/5:30pm UK), there will be an online group lesson via Zoom, in which we will discuss the week’s theme and suggested activities. The lessons will be recorded so that you can watch them on replay, if you can’t make the live session.

  • Taking a holistic look at your whole life and seeing where the sticking points are.

  • Becoming the observer of your movement, mood and energy
  • Identifying your anchor activities
Week 3 Nourish
  • Becoming the observer of your food and its connection to your mood and energy
  • Identifying your anchor foods
Week 4 Calm
  • Recognizing all the mindful and meditative activities in your life
  • Observing how mindful moments affect your mood and stress levels
Week 5 Care
  • Showing kindness to yourself
  • Creating a list of activities that restore, bring pleasure and self-soothe
Week 6 Wabi Sabi
  • Seeing the beauty in your environment
  • Seeing your own beauty
Week 7 Delight
  • Finding what’s positive about you
  • Bringing more fun and accomplishment into your life
Week 8 Intuition
  • Recognizing your own intuition
  • Writing to your intuition
Week 9 Rituals + Celebrate
  • Turning routines into rituals with intention
  • Celebrating and reminding yourself of all you’ve accomplished in Flourish

 

To learn how to truly listen and attend to your own needs is one of the biggest first steps.

2. Nine Guidebooks with Interactive Journal

The Flourish Guidebooks + Journal are the weekly at-home component to our group lessons. Every week, I’ll be sending you a new PDF to work through at your leisure.

In addition to reading the extra lesson material, you’ll be compiling lists, writing paragraphs, making time for creative activities or listening to guided meditation recordings. It’s a time for self-reflection, leading to discovery and understanding of the self that can bring about real change. Making time for this work is true self-care.

3. 1-on-1 Mentoring Support

You won’t be on your own as you work through the material. I will be available to answer questions or provide guidance and support Monday-Friday, throughout the whole nine weeks of Flourish. I will also be giving you daily prompts and check-ins.

We will use Voxer, a free app that you can download on your phone, tablet or computer, turning your device into a walkie-talkie with me on the other end.

For nine weeks, I’ll be there as a sounding board for your discoveries and realizations. I’ll be there supporting you from a place of compassion and kindness.

I’ll be there to witness the space opening up inside you.

4. A Supportive, Private Facebook Group

In addition to my 1:1 support and our group lessons, there will also be a private Facebook group with all the lovely people going through the program at the same time as you. Your interactions and mutual support can make the experience richer and more meaningful.

The small, private group is a place to share realizations, give support, ask questions or reveal your aha! moments. You can rest assured that this space is a safe one, filled with other wonderful people interested in holistic vibrant living, just like you.

If you would like to deepen the Flourish experience with a 1:1 personalized sophrology accompaniment at the same time, you can create a bundle save 40% off the normal individual sophrology price (normally $65/session, now offered at $39/session in the bundle). Your Investment

The nine-week personal accompaniment Flourish program is $797 USD.
The Flourish + Sophrology Bundle is $1148 USD.

Payment plans are available.

This will be more than a financial investment for you, though.

You will also be investing your time, energy, and willingness to dive deep. You can expect to spend a little time every day as you go through the modules and activities.

This explorative work is an investment in yourself and your general sense of self-knowledge and wellbeing.

How long is the program?

The program is 9 weeks long. Because we start on a Monday and end on a Friday, that makes it 61 days long.

When are the group calls?

Group calls will be held via Zoom on Mondays at 6:30pm CET Paris time (9:30am PST/ 12:30pm EST / 5:30pm UK time). Replays will be made available to those unable to attend the live session.

Who is Flourish NOT for?

Flourish is not for you:

–       if you know that you are triggered by tracking food or exercise. The tracking is a part of the energy and mood observation process and not meant as any nutritional or physical movement prescription.

–       if you are expecting me to provide the solutions to your life’s concerns. This is your journey and your work. I’m here to support and encourage you.

–       if you are in need of medical or mental health care. Flourish and Soprology can be a good complement to psychiatric and medical treatments, but are in no way a replacement.

–       if you know you are not willing to do the work or if you really don’t have the time to spend on the work. You can expect to spend anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes per day on the work. Because of the daily tracking, it does require daily attention.

Please note that Flourish and Sophrology do not replace any medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Do you offer refunds?

Payment for Flourish is non-refundable.

In signing up for this program, you are making a commitment to following through with the work and making it your own. What you get out of Flourish depends on the efforts you are willing to make during our four weeks together.

How much time will this program take every week?

You can spend as much time as you like; it will depend on how much time you’re willing to invest. Obviously, the more time you put in, the more you will get out of the experience.

I’d suggest 2 to 3 hours per week, as a minimum amount of time, in addition to any optional activities you may choose to explore. The program is naturally broken down into small sections, allowing you to work at your own rhythm.

How much 1-on-1 time will I have with you?

You can contact me via the Voxer app and we will be communicating in short voice or text messages (usually no longer than 5 minutes per message). There is no limit to the number of messages or minutes we will spend in communication.

I am available Monday to Friday and will aim to get back to you within a few hours. Depending on where you live in the world (I’m in France) you may get your replies the next day.

For the Flourish + Sophrology option, we will meet for 75-90 minutes every week for nine weeks. The first session will likely be 90 minutes and the follow-up sessions will be around 75 minutes long.

Is there a lot of writing involved?

This is a program of self-exploration, reflection and action. There is a bit of writing involved, even though it’s not the only tool we will be using, and you will be called to action!

This doesn’t mean writing long paragraphs. You can make it work for you, as you like. Some examples:

  • Writing in point form
  • Turning on the dictation function in Word and speaking instead of writing.

You will also be tracking a number of  things every week in relation to your mood and energy. You should be mentally prepared to be putting time into each module every week throughout our time together.
