A gentle online retreat to pause, reconnect, and mark the arrival of spring.
This 2.5-hour (ish) retreat offers space to slow down and sense what is beginning to stir, both in the season around you and in your own inner landscape. Rather than working toward change or improvement, the invitation is to listen, notice, and allow new growth to emerge in its own time.
The retreat is grounded in seasonal sophrology practices, including gentle movement, breathwork, self-massage, mindful tasting, and guided visualisation. These practices are woven together to support embodied presence, ease, and quiet renewal.
You’re welcome to join just as you are. There’s nothing to fix, clear, or prepare — only space to arrive and be with what’s here.
