How I Work
My work unfolds in rhythmic seasons. Programs open for a time, run in shared cycles, and then rest, allowing for focus, depth, and a more contained experience.

If nothing is currently open, you’re welcome to join the interest list and be notified when the next cycle begins.
I also offer regular, live online sessions, workshops, and occasional seasonal retreats throughout the year as moments to pause, reconnect, and practice together.

Creative Walking in Practice
A 4-week guided practice of mindful walking and creative noticing
A seasonal program inviting presence and curiosity into your days, through gentle walking prompts, weekly themes, and a shared online space.

Mindful Photography
A 6-week course for presence, connection, and seeing differently
A course that explores mindful photography as a practice of attention and relationship, through live classes with gentle prompts, shared reflection, and community connection.

Retreats in France
Occasional in-person retreats
From time to time, I offer in-person retreats in France, which are longer, shared experiences rooted in presence, nature, and creative practice drawing on the practices of sophrology, creative walking and mindful photography.
These retreats are held in small groups and unfold at a slower pace, with attention to rhythm, rest, and the quality of shared time. They are offered occasionally rather than on a fixed schedule.
